Đội ngũ chuyên gia kỹ thuật của chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành lập các chương trình vận hành và bảo trì riêng cho từng hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà nhằm đáp ứng mục tiêu kinh doanh của khách hàng.

In addition, SFVN will manage the contractors involved in the maintenance of other technical and service systems of the building. In case of necessity, we will prepare bidding documents, calling for tender, evaluate and report on bids in order to propose and manage contractors effectively. Our contractors are periodically monitored and evaluated to ensure that the best service is always provided to customers.
